Eric Trump says he will comply with New York attorney general's subpoena, but only after the 2020 election

"We won't allow any entity or individual to dictate how our investigation will proceed or allow anyone to evade a lawful subpoena," New York Attorney General Letitia James said in response to the Trump move.
